/v1/card/all/{externalUserId}

This endpoint returns a list of all virtual cards belonging to a specific user. Use this endpoint to retrieve an overview of every card (active or locked) associated with the given user in your system. The response includes basic information for each card, such as its unique ID, status, label, and the last four digits of the card number. This is useful for displaying a user's cards in your application, managing card actions, or auditing card usage.
